The first Alumni Meet for the Trident Group of Institutions (B.Tech & MCA) was celebrated successfully with colours and vibrance in Trident campus on 30th December 2011. This will be an annual feature hereafter under the name of “TRANSCEND”.

The Management of Trident Group and all the stakeholders including faculty, non-teaching staff and students hereby offer their sincere thanks to the past students of Trident Group (Trident Academy of Creative Technology Bhubaneswar, National Institute of Computer Science Rourkela and Trident Academy of Technology Bhubaneswar) for their enthusiastic support to the Alumni meet.

Some of our Alumni members starting with 2001 MCA pass-outs, took interest to personally attend the meet whereas due to a short notice, some others could not make it to the meet but have sent overwhelming messages for the occasion. We have also received encouraging mails from our Alumni who are now well placed in IT industry and are working in various cities in India and abroad.

It was announced during the meet that the last Saturday of every calendar year starting with 2012 will be celebrated as Trident’s Alumni Meet “TRANSCEND”. Preparation will start at least two months in advance and the day will be celebrated quite colourfully.

We are trying to reach out to all our Alumni members again requesting them to send across their photographs and a brief write-up including career growth, which will be published for the benefit of Trident’s stakeholders.

It was also decided in the meet that there would be plans to conduct small Alumni get-togethers city wise in India (Hyderabad / Bangalore / Mumbai / Delhi etc). Details are to be worked out and will be intimated to the members of Alumni in due course.
